Data Cloud data is continually published to all storage options. Your Jungle Scout support team will provide you with credentials, which give you read access to your data.
If using an AWS S3 bucket, these credentials come in the form of aws_access_key_id and aws_secret_access_key and can be used with any of the methods below to access Data Cloud data.
If using Snowflake, trial data can be viewed independently though any of the Jungle Scout trial data sets. Once a paid contract is established, you will need to provide Jungle Scout with your Snowflake credentials in order to view your custom data sets

Cyberduck is a free cloud storage browser for Mac and Windows(Download Link). Cyberduck supports viewing and downloading data from S3 (as well as many other cloud storage solutions and FTP servers). The following sections help you get started exploring data using Cyberduck.
First, locate your access credentials (aws_access_key_id and aws_secret_access_key) that was provided by Jungle Scout.
Next, open CyberDuck and click the “Open Connection” button in the top menu bar.

This will pop open a modal asking for connection details. Select “Amazon S3” from the dropdown

Fill the empty fields as follows:
